Painted Storks and Off-white Egret on a Hunting Game in Standing Waters

The imagery is conspicuous portrayal of Egrets and Painted Storks foraging on the shallow wetlands and mudflats for their daily hunt- feeding on the fish and other freshwater aquatic life forms that are seemingly visible to their eyes.

Both Egrets and Storks have long legs belonging to the category of wading or the padding birds, and both of them have very peculiar walking styles. Most of the time they are busy walking on the shallow freshwater ponds or marshy lands, and these bird species love to spend their days out in the open. Egrets and Storks have elegant plumages, with the feathers of the Storks showing more colorful appearances. Egrets have slender bills, while the Storks have strong and short bills, but both these wading bird species have bills fulfilling a common purpose – to hunt and quickly grab their prey in one swift action.

Egrets and Storks are generally quiet species, but during their breeding and nesting, both these species make very specific sounds. Egrets produce squeals, croaks, and bill snapping, while the Storks communicate through bill-clattering, faint honking, or hissing sounds. These sounds are very intense when Storks are near their nest. ”
